gt77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gt77 ("gt77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at gt77.io. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your gt77 wallet following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. gt77 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Source of funds: By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. gt77 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and may request evidence of the legitimate source of funds at any time.

gt77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds deposited from an account not registered in the same name as the gt77 player account will be returned and the player account flagged for review.

All bets placed on the gt77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant product area of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the gt77 system and a unique reference number is issued. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, gt77 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed by the system.

Odds and markets: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment of bet confirmation. gt77 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or re-settle events in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, or evidence of market manipulation.

Void bets: Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount is returned to the player's gt77 wallet. Voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gt77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. gt77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
